Wizkid from nothing to something story

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun,popularly known as wizkid,born July 16 1990 is a Nigerian singer and writer. He grew up in an interfaith household with twelve female siblings making him the last and only son in the family. His mother a Pentecostal Christian and father Muslim and also married to three wives.wizkid is 5"4tall.he attended Ijebu ode grammar school and also went to Lagos State University where he was admitted to study sociology. In mid 2009,he dropped out to focus more on his music career. He then later attended lead city university but dropped out after completing two sessions in 2011 where he was studying International Relations.
       He started recording at age 11 and had his first ever recording with Ojb jezreel releasing a collaborative album with the Glorious five. A group of he and a couple of his church friends. He went by the stage name Lil prinz until 2006.he has been on music since 2001 until in 2009 he signed a record deal with Banky w 's record label Empire Mates Entertainment (E. M. E).He rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of the song "Holla at your boy" from his debut studio album "Superstar" which is made up of seventeen tracks.
  He then left E. M. E after coming to the end of his five years contract which ended on 1st March 2017 and signed a multi album deal with RCA records. However in August 2014 he told Olisa Adibua that he will depart the label following the release of his second studio album.he his however now the boss of starboy entertainment which is made up of wonderful artiste in name of Maleek berry,L.A.X,Efya,R2bees and Mr Eazi and producer legendury beats. He was ranked fifth on Forbes and channelo's 2013 list of the Top 10 Richest bankable African artists. In February 2014,wizkid became the first ever Nigerian musician to have over one million followers on twitter and also became the first afrobeats artist to appear in 2018 Guinness Records for his contribution to Drake's hit song "One Dance".

   Wizkid has really had a great career and that comes with some awards such as three Billboard music Awards, four MTV African music Awards, two BET Awards, two iheartradio music Awards, one MTV Europe music Awards. Two soundcity MVP Awards,three Morbo Awards, six The Headies Awards, two Channel O music video Awards, six Nigeria Entertainment Awards, two Ghana music Awards, two Dynamic all youth Awards,two city people Entertainment Awards and a future Award. He has also been nominated for several Awards which includes five times MTV Europe music Award,American music Awards thrice, World music Award four times, Grammy Awards once. In 2017 he was nominated for six categories of the soundcity award and he won the Digital Artiste of the year.
  Just like every other artiste he has been engaged in rifts with several artists including his former boss Banky W and former label mate Skales. Others include Davido, Dammy Krane,Saeon,Tonto Dikeh, samklef and blogger Linda ikeji.the starboy entertainment boss is now a father of three and has a networth in an estimated $14 million - that is about N5 billion and reportedly charges N6 million per show.The African multi -Talented musician owns two expensive mansions. One at lekki which is said to be worth N70 million and the other in Los Angeles.he has the following collections of cars to prove is worth a Black Honda Accord I-vtec,porshe cayenne,mercedes 2012 compressor, BMW x6,Hyundai sonata,Bentley and Porshe panamera.
